Books I Can Recommend

'Many Lives, Many Masters' by Dr. Brian Weiss M.D.

This is the true life story of how an American psychiatrist who believed in absolutely nothing except psychology and science, met a very troubled patient who when she went under light hypnosis in her session (to relax her) started to speak about her past lives. She didn't remember anything after he took her out of the light hypnosis.

He begins to check the facts of what she has said in each lifetime and they prove true. And more interestingly, as he healed her trauma in each lifetime, she became free of the traumas and pain/suffering in her current one.

If you are the non believer type, or dating/married to one, (haha) this is the book.

A New York Times bestseller for years.

'Talking to Heaven' by James Van Praagh

James is probably the number one medium in USA. He's funny as hell, and when we met once, he told me that I would do this kind of work.

This book is old, but it's a classic and still good to read if you are interested in psychic stuff. He talks about his life and how we all receive messages from the spirit world.

A New York Times bestseller for years.

'The Untethered Soul' by Michael Singer

Oprah loves him and I do also. This book was actually given to me by my ex-swedish wife of all people. (go figure!) But it's a LIFE CHANGING BOOK.

How to deal with relationships, the past and the energies/memories that bring us old pain in our life now. And how to effectively be rid of all that old shit that haunts us all.

Get it, read it, live it.

'The Four Agreements' by Don Miguel Ruiz

A great book on the practical side of how to change your life. I have never met him, but a good friend of mine in Sedona Arizona has worked with him. Says he's a really good shaman and person. It's about how you take your power back from the interactions of relationships and the world in general.

One of those keep in the library books that you can reread over and over.

'The Alchemist' by Paulo Coehlo *fiction

Let HuffPost do the honors with the info:

" Today, The Alchemist has sold 65 million copies and been on The New York Times bestseller list for more than 315 weeks. It's also been translated into 80 different languages, setting the Guinness World Record for the most translated book by any living author. "

If you have never read it, it's time. It's an easy read and so wonderful.

'The Seven Spiritual Laws of Success' by Deepak Chopra

Deepak is one of the grandfathers of all this spiritual movement etc. This is his classic book on how to be spiritual. So if you need a nice and easy way to learn about it all, I recommend it highly. It's old but the info is still current.

'The Power of Now' by Eckart Tolle

The German Wunder-Teacher. Oprah loves him and after he was endorsed by her in her book club, he hit the stratosphere with this one.

He basically rewords ancient Indian texts, thru modern language and his own personal awakening experience. He's cool and I've seen him speak here in Stockholm. Very relaxed and calm guy.
